Hi all, Just replaced the fuel filter on my '72 Ford 3000, did the bleeding as specified in manual, opened bleed screw on filter, fuel came out, opened bleed screw on pump and fuel came out, then opened injector pipes and nothing. When I press in the clutch half way the gears grind (pto running or not). When I press the pedal about 1" or 2" from the floor I can change the gears (with pto running). When you crank the engine with bleeder screw out, fuel should shoot out. A dribble is nothing. You probably have a blockage somewhere. Crack open the line from the filters at the injection pump. Screw it onto one of your remote/auxilliary hoses and open the valve for a second or two. Post back with what it reads. Your pump should make around 2500 psi.
