I cut the cables at the roller, took the face plate off of the motor and pulled the door close cable out. If it still doesn't latch manually then you have an issue with the latch being stuck or frozen and not an electric issue. Take the negative battery terminal and connect it back. Do the same thing for the positive battery terminal. This action will reset the battery.

It could be the left rear power window relay, it could be the rear window switch assembly, it could be the left CESS articulated harness, it could be the ground, or it could be the motor itself.
